Daudi is a leadership strategist, communicator, and changemaker dedicated to developing the next generation of purpose-driven leaders. With almost two decades of experience spanning marketing, strategy, and people development, Daudi is passionate about helping individuals discover their voice, define their impact, and lead with clarity and confidence. Global Edge Leaders was born out of this conviction, to provide a platform where leadership is nurtured not just as a title, but as a way of thinking, serving, and inspiring.
An accomplished speaker and trainer, Daudi’s leadership journey has been shaped by his extensive involvement in global and regional platforms. He serves as a Board Member of the Customer Institute, contributing to international standards in customer-centric leadership. He is also a Founding Member and Secretary of the Customer Experience Association of Uganda, where he plays a key role in advancing professional development and leadership excellence across East Africa.
In addition to his consultancy work, Daudi is the Founder and Host of Business Mic, one of Africa’s most influential leadership and customer experience podcasts. Through this platform, he engages thought leaders and change agents in conversations that empower audiences with practical insights and inspiration.
Public speaking has been a cornerstone of Daudi’s personal and professional growth. As a former Club President with Toastmasters International, he refined his ability to communicate with impact, skills he now shares with clients through keynotes, training, and mentorship. His coaching style blends authenticity with strategic precision, helping others overcome barriers and lead with influence.
Beyond the boardroom, Daudi is a servant leader at heart. As the current President of his Rotary Club, he leads community-centered initiatives that reflect his belief in leadership as a force for good—rooted in transformation, growth, and collective impact.
