Daudi Mugabi
Daudi brings a wealth of expertise in leadership, customer experience, and personal development, underpinned by over a decade of professional achievements in marketing and IT. With an MBA in IT from Coventry University, he has combined technical insight with strategic vision to drive impactful initiatives throughout his career.
As the Corporate Affairs Manager at Statewide Insurance Company (SWICO), Daudi has championed customer-focused strategies that enhance engagement and deliver measurable results. He is a founding member of the Customer Experience Association of Uganda and a director at the Customer Institute, where his thought leadership has shaped industry standards and inspired innovation.
In addition to his professional achievements, Daudi has been a dedicated member of Toastmasters International since 2014. As President of Bukoto Toastmasters Club, he has mentored members in honing their communication and leadership skills. His involvement in Rotary International further reflects his commitment to community service and empowering others.
